CLOURiver Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of CLOURiver, an AI talking video service that lets you upload portrait photos, record or upload voice samples, enter scripts, and generate AI spokesperson videos with synchronized speech, lip movement, subtitles, and optional background music.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use CLOURiver. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, verification codes, API keys, and access tokens secure.
Authorized media only
You may upload photos, voices, scripts, music, logos, product materials, and other media only if you own them or have obtained all required permissions. If a photo, video, voice sample, name, likeness, performance, or other material identifies another person, you must obtain that person's clear authorization before using it in CLOURiver.
AI talking video generation
CLOURiver may process your inputs by converting formats, reducing noise, analyzing voice features, creating speech, driving lip movement, rendering video, generating subtitles, caching files, and performing other steps needed to provide the service. Generated videos may contain imperfections, including inaccurate lip sync, voice differences, visual artifacts, subtitle errors, timing errors, or unexpected style changes.
Prohibited uses
You may not use CLOURiver to create deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, phishing, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal content, non-consensual intimate content, political manipulation, or content that violates applicable law or platform rules.
Credits, trials, and paid services
Free trials and promotional credits may be limited by duration, quantity, quality, region, account, device, or other conditions. Paid credits, subscriptions, refunds, invoices, taxes, and expiration rules are governed by the purchase page, order terms, or written agreement presented at the time of purchase.
Your content and generated content
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in your uploaded materials. You grant CLOURiver a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, cache, render, store, and display your inputs and generated outputs only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and enforce the service.
Service availability and liability
CLOURiver is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We aim to provide a reliable service, but it may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, or changed due to maintenance, upgrades, network conditions, third-party service issues, capacity limits, security events, or force majeure.
